New energy efficient Gas Boiler and central heating system fitted in Poole

Total Energy Services recently fitted a new central heating system and energy efficient boiler in Poole, Dorset. Prior to the installation in place was an extremely inefficient floor standing open flue gas boiler and hot water cylinder which was gravity fed by very old header and cold water storage tanks in the roof space.
Having recently purchased the 1930’s bungalow, the couple were about to embark on a large scale renovation. We initially reviewed the plans for the loft conversion and extension and as the property was changing from a 2 bedroom one bathroom bungalow to a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom family home, we went for a high performance, high powered boiler to suit the growing families needs.
The Worcester Bosch High Flow 550 floor standing combi boiler was fitted along with new pipework throughout, designer floor standing radiators were also installed. Due to the size and family requirements of the home we also installed zoned heating. This means that the family can choose to have either the heating on upstairs, downstairs, towel rails only or all three. This sealed system also comes with energy efficient heating controls throughout to allow the family to be in complete control of their heating.
