Total Energy Services recently installed three new bathrooms, a kitchen, an electric boiler and central heating system for a newly refurbished property in Shaftesbury.
The couple had recently downsized to a wonderful semi-rural home that required a full refurbishment prior to moving in.
We fitted two ensuite bathrooms to the first floor bedrooms and a downstairs WC was added for ease. A new kitchen was fitted and plumbed in along with new tiles and flooring.
The customers choose a heat only electric boiler with new pipework and radiators. A Joule hot water cylinder provides hot water with excellent energy saving benefits and thermal efficiency.
A new unvented hot water cylinder was installed. Joules cylinders are based on quality and performance.
The customer did not want to have a gas boiler installed therefore he opted for an electric boiler installed in the airing cupboard.
