Grant Oil Boiler Installation in Blandford Forum, Dorset

Our OFTEC engineers recently completed an emergency oil boiler replacement in Blandford Forum, installing a new Grant Vortex Eco Utility 15/21kW oil boiler after an emergency survey identified that the customer’s existing boiler required replacement.

When an oil boiler fails unexpectedly, particularly during colder weather, restoring heating and hot water quickly is a priority. Following our survey, we worked with the homeowner to replace the ageing appliance with a modern, high-efficiency Grant oil boiler, ensuring reliable heating for years to come.

Responding to an Emergency Boiler Breakdown

The customer initially contacted us after experiencing problems with their existing oil boiler.

Following an emergency inspection, it became clear that replacing the boiler was the most practical and cost-effective solution. Our engineers arranged the installation promptly to minimise disruption and restore heating and hot water as quickly as possible.

Work Completed

Our OFTEC engineers replaced the old oil boiler with a new Grant Vortex Eco Utility 15/21kW oil boiler, including a new concrete base, flue, oil filter and fire valve. The system was powerflushed and chemically cleaned before the boiler was commissioned, tested and the manufacturer’s warranty registered.
