Not just anyone can be recognised as a Which? Trusted Trader. Total Energy Services have undergone a rigorous assessment process which is carried out by a trading standards professional.
The assessment includes a financial health check of the business, a customer satisfaction check where customers are selected at random to provide testimonials which you can find here.
Business and administrative procedures are carefully examined following a face to face assessment and interview.
Once these checks have been completed the decision is made whether the company will be awarded the accreditation of Which? Trusted Trader.
