Total Energy Services recently installed two commercial boilers in a beautiful manor house in the heart of the Wessex Countryside. The house now operates as a luxury hotel and health club which includes a tranquil spa.
The existing boilers were extremely old and unreliable. Working at less than 50% efficiency was also resulting in higher than necessary fuel bills. Staff were not able to control the heating or separate the heating between the different zones within the house and health club which caused additional problems.
